Carson Brienza, General Manager
Carson is responsible for leading all aspects of operations and driving LegaFi’s success. With a focus on strategic planning, team leadership, and client advocacy, Carson is dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for our clients while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Carson is an accomplished legal innovator and entrepreneur with a specialization in mass tort, class action, and personal injury law. He has extensive experience in large-scale intake operations and previously led Product Management and Growth at Lawyer.com. Carson excels in optimizing workflows, enhancing client engagement, and ensuring delivery within complex legal frameworks. In addition to operating the day-to-day operations of the firm, he provides strategic support to co-counsel and law firms, focusing on lead generation, client communication, and legal technology integration. His comprehensive expertise and innovative approach make him a trusted leader in the legal industry.
Scott B. Seymann, Compliance Attorney:
Scott is responsible for ensuring LegaFi’s legal strategies align with business goals while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards for an ABS (Alternative Business Structure) law firm. Scott provides strategic legal advice, mitigates risk, oversees compliance programs, and ensures that LegaFi operates within the bounds of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Prior to his law career Scott earned an MBA and worked in the entertainment industry for 15 years. He has been practicing law for 14 years in the areas of personal injury, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, and entertainment law, and is licensed in Arizona and California. He gained invaluable experience in client advocacy and litigation working at multidisciplinary firms in Phoenix, AZ, with the majority of his focus on personal injury litigation. In 2022 he joined one of Arizona’s first ABS law firms as Attorney/Director of Legal Operations and diversified his practice to include mass torts. Throughout his legal career Scott has fought to obtain justice for victims of others’ negligence and bad faith conduct, including pro bono work with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office Victim’s Advocate Division, Arizona Justice Project, Homeless Legal Assistance Program, the Advocacy Program Against Domestic Violence, and the FBI Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association.
In his role as LegaFi’s CLO/Compliance Lawyer, Scott brings his diverse experience and passion for justice to support the firm’s mission to connect consumers at all income levels with high quality legal representation throughout the United States.
Cecilia Dubravec, Pre-Litigation & In-House Attorney
Cecilia serves as a pre-litigation and in-house attorney. Cecilia has a broad litigation background covering both civil and criminal litigation. She is licensed in Arizona.
Cecilia started off her legal career as a public defender. She subsequently served as a prosecutor before making a full transition from criminal litigation to civil litigation. Before joining LegaFi, Cecilia acquired civil litigation practice experience across a broad range of matters including but not limited to: tort law, real estate law, financial law, contract law, environmental law, water law and associated regulations, estate planning, bankruptcy law, corporate law, protective injunctions, disability law, and personal injury law. Cecilia draws on her litigation and advocacy experience to provide each LegaFi client with caring and thorough legal representation.
Cecilia enjoys legal and regulatory research. She works to keep LegaFi updated as to the ever-changing legal and ethical landscape to help ensure that LegaFi is in compliance with current and future laws, regulations, and ethics rules. Cecilia takes on various other roles as needed, including identifying viable mass tort and class action claims, collaborating with litigating co-counsel, and monitoring the progress of litigation and settlement negotiations. Cecilia enjoys drafting legal documents, reviewing such documents, and providing other legal advice as needed. Cecilia has a passion for advocacy, and she provides both LegaFi and LegaFi clients with the utmost attention and exceptional legal guidance.
Eboni Rogers, Compliance & Ethics Paralegal
Eboni is responsible for building and maintaining the firm’s compliance and ethics program to fulfill the firm’s overall compliance and ethics obligations with the state bar and in accordance with ABS requirements. Eboni is dedicated to ensuring LegaFi Law, LLC is best in class from a compliance perspective, ensuring our clients know that when retaining LegaFi, they are working with a high-quality, compliant and ethical firm.
Eboni is what you’d call a “legal/compliance hybrid”. With 20 years of experience split evenly between compliance and legal, her background consists of building compliance management systems (e.g., developing policies/procedures, trainings, conducting monitoring/testing, risk assessments, etc.), running in-house legal departments, employment law, corporate law, intellectual property, licensing, legal research and writing as well as, alternative dispute resolution.
Eboni is new to the mass tort/litigation space, but with her thirst for knowledge and dedication to her growth within the legal field, she will undoubtedly continue to be an asset to the firm.
Blanca, Intake Coordinator
Blanca serves as the Intake Coordinator and primary point of contact for co-counsels at LegaFi. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of legal procedures, Blanca ensures that potential clients’ needs are addressed promptly and efficiently, with care and professionalism. She plays a critical role in establishing seamless communication and facilitating smooth coordination between clients, attorneys and co-counsels.
Blanca has worked in the legal field for seven years, gaining valuable experience that includes one year as an Intake Manager. In this role, she honed her leadership and organizational skills, overseeing the intake process for a wide range of cases, ensuring accuracy, and improving operational efficiency. Her ability to streamline workflows and provide exceptional client service in high-pressure environments has earned her a reputation as a trusted and proactive team member.
Blanca is dedicated to delivering excellent client service, handling case intake with precision, and supporting co-counsels through effective collaboration. Her extensive experience, commitment to client care, and exceptional multitasking abilities make her a key asset to the firm.
