Meet Our Team
Scott Hardy, CEO
Scott Hardy started Top Class Actions in 2008, and it is now the premier website for consumers to find lawsuits and settlements in which they can participate. Each month, Top Class Actions reaches 45 million people who connect tens of thousands of times to law firms across the country, including Scott’s own firm, LegaFi Law.
Scott founded LegaFi Law in 2021, after determining that the best way to help Top Class Actions’ viewers was to represent them all the way from the initial case investigation through settlement. LegaFi Law’s goal is to become one of the largest consumer law firms in the world, and with thousands of clients and an over $1 billion case valuation by 2025, we are on track to meet that goal.

He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Top Class Actions, the industry’s most trusted platform for legal news and class action awareness.
