About Us

Ms. Bass has thirteen years of experience and has spent the majority of her career focused on representing consumers in class actions and multidistrict litigation. While with Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, Ms. Bass worked on complex cases including In re: Toyota Motor Corp. Unintended Acceleration Mktg., Sales Practices, and Prod. Liab. Litig., in which a landmark $1.6 billion settlement was reached for consumers whose vehicles were allegedly subject to sudden unintended acceleration. During her time at Blood Hurst & O'Reardon, Ms. Bass was involved in Warner, et al. v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., in which a settlement worth over $3.4 billion was reached for consumers whose vehicles were allegedly designed and manufactured with inadequate rust protection on the vehicles' frames, making them prone to premature rust corrosion. Ms. Bass practiced in the Commercial Litigation, Environmental and Toxic Tort, and Privacy and Data Security groups when she was Senior Counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. She has also provided pharmacy benefits and operations services regarding regulatory and compliance issues while at the Phoenix Law Group.




Ms. Bass is a member of the Arizona Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.


Ms. Bass received her Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in New York, where she was a member of the junior moot court team and was awarded a fellowship in international business transactions with Soochow University in Suzhou, China. During law school Ms. Bass also clerked for the Honorable John C. Rea (retired) with the Superior Court of the State of Arizona.
